You have explained he working of an airport in detail and very accurately and I can confidently say that you are a great influence to me. Please do keep up the good work.

The airport is well designed keeping convenience in mind. I am so glad to see that the domestic and international arrivals and departures are together. I give lots of credit to those who managed to eliminate pre-check-in security check which speeds up check-in. I am sure the new Bangalore airport will be pride of India.

At the outset, let me thank you sincerely for the excellent study tour you had organized for our students of Air hostess Training. Our students and the faculty members were highly impressed and overawed with the facilities at the airport. It was the unanimous conclusion of the group that BIAL had the passenger’s comfort and convenience uppermost in their scheme of things.
