PERMITTED/PROHIBITED ITEMS

1) Knives, Cigarette Lighters, Scissors, Nail Cutters, Match Boxes, Umbrellas, Weapons, Cutting Pliers, Screw Drivers etc… shouldn’t be carried in hand baggage.

2) No Passenger boarding the aircraft will be allowed to carry in his/her hand baggage or in his/her person liquid items/gels/pastes or items of similar consistency, except medicines/inhalers accompanied by prescription as well as baby food.

3) A passenger boarding an aircraft shall, however be allowed to carry separately in small quantities required for short duration of journey, liquid items/gels/pastes or items of similar consistency in one clear transparent reseal able one litter size plastic bag. Each item, however, should not exceed 100ml in quantity. The content of the plastic bag must fit comfortably within it and will be subjected to prescribed screening and security checks in addition to passengers carryon baggage.

4) Liquids/gels/aerosols will include beverages, shampoos and suntan lotions, cream, toothpastes, hair gels, hair sprays and other items of similar consistency.
