BANGALORE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT LIMITED IS ALL SET FOR ITS HAJ OPERATIONS AND HAS PROVIDED VERY CONVENIENT FACILITIES FOR HAJJES AT THE NEW HAJ TERMINAL.

The facilities include:

· Separate area for Hajj passengers, so that the Hajjes have exclusive facilities and are not hindered by the regular passenger flow

· Separate toilets for male and female passengers are provided at the exclusive security hold area, created for this occasion

· Separate facilities for male and female passengers for ablutions

· Separate prayer rooms for male and female passengers

· Security Hold Area has Tea/Coffee dispensing units, telephone booth with local / STD / ISD and drinking water facilities

· The entire departure facility has been created to facilitate the movement of the Hajjes in the simple and hassle free manner. The aircraft is positioned directly opposite to the boarding gate a mere 25 mts away to facilitate the boarding process and short walking distances

· The entire facility is disabled friendly and has ramps to facilitate the movement of wheelchairs

· First Aid facility and emergency medical care has been provided in coordination with Columbia Asia hospital and the Haj medical coordinator
