Domestic arrival and transfer to a domestic or international flight
Once you arrive at the terminal building via the aerobridge or the bus gate, proceed to the baggage claim area
If your baggage has been through-checked at your point of origin, your baggage will be directly sent to the connecting flight – you need not to pick up any baggage
You need to exit the baggage claim area, and proceed to the Departure Area on the first floor, complete your security-checks and proceed to your gate
If you are taking a connecting flight but do not have your boarding pass for the connecting flight, you may pick up the same at the transfer counter in the domestic arrival corridor or at the main check-in counters in the check-in hall
Please refer to the departure process for more details on the departure area
International arrival and transfer to a domestic flight
If you are an arriving international passenger, follow the signs for immigration and complete your immigration formalities and customs check for hand baggage on the first floor
Collect your baggage from the baggage claim area; pass by the red or green channel to the Arrival Hall
You may then proceed to the check-in area and follow the procedures for an originating domestic passenger
International arrival and transfer to an international flight
If you are an arriving international passenger taking an international connecting flight, proceed to the transfer facilitation desks in the immigration hall before the immigration counters to change or re-issue the boarding pass if required
Follow the signage to the transfer security check point and proceed to the International Departure holding area
You will find the gate of your departure on the various FIDS monitors in the departure holding lounge area
