Airport City

The airport city and its urban development plan have been designed based on an extensive market analysis, taking into account both macroeconomic and microeconomic factors. The urban development plan as well as the supporting road and utilities infrastructure have been designed based on an elaborate targeted usage mix and phased development plan.

As a result, the airport city comprises of three prime zones of development: the downtown, the Business Unit and the Technology Centre. Each area is positioned differently and explained below.
